Full-arch implants · Fixed teeth on surgery day
A full arch of implant-anchored teeth, secured to titanium posts that fuse to your jaw. Nothing to soak overnight. Nothing that slips when you laugh. After a consultation to plan your treatment, you leave your surgery appointment wearing a full, fixed smile.

The daily reality of a denture
Loose dentures aren't a one-time inconvenience — they're a daily negotiation. If any of this sounds familiar, a fixed full arch removes the negotiation entirely.
Re-applying paste mid-day just to keep a plate from sliding.
A plate that presses the same rubbed patch of gum, day after day.
Holding back at dinner because a loose plate might shift or slip.
Corn on the cob, steak, apples — foods you've stopped ordering.
Ready to stop negotiating with a denture every day?
Denture vs. fixed full arch
Full-arch implants replace the whole arch on 4–6 titanium posts anchored in your jaw. The difference shows up in what you can eat, how you speak, and what happens to your jawbone over time.
| Loose denture | Fixed full arch | |
|---|---|---|
| Comes out at night | Removed & soaked | Stays in, always |
| Chewing power | ~25% of natural bite | Close to natural bite |
| Jawbone over time | Bone continues to shrink | Bone stimulated, preserved |
| Speech | Can shift mid-sentence | Stable, natural |
| What you can eat | Soft foods only | Steak, apples, corn |
| Daily care | Remove, clean, soak | Brush like natural teeth |
Real patient, real result
Full-arch implants replace what's left of a failing, worn smile with a permanent, fixed set of teeth — placed and functional from the day of surgery.

Same-day temporary fixed teeth so the patient could walk out of the chair with fixed teeth on the same day.

A single dental implant replaced a missing front tooth with a natural-looking crown, restoring the smile with a secure, long-lasting result.

This patient hated wearing his existing denture. His loose denture and failing upper teeth were replaced with fixed teeth using an All-on-4 implant placement — a very happy patient.

Before surgery the patient hated her failing, broken upper front teeth. Six weeks after All-on-6 implant placement she is a happy patient with a new teeth, smile and enjoying her food again.

The patient lost a crown and the underlying root was infected. A single implant placement restored the front tooth — a very happy patient.
Your treatment, step by step
Your consultation and 3D scan happen on their own visit, so your treatment is fully planned before any surgery is booked. On surgery day itself, you leave wearing a full, fixed provisional arch — no gap, no waiting for a temporary. Your final custom ceramic arch is fitted after your jaw fully heals, typically 4–6 months later.
A CT scan maps your jawbone and nerves so implant positions are planned in detail before your surgery day is booked.
Remaining teeth are removed if needed, and 4–6 titanium posts are placed per arch under sedation.
A full, fixed set of temporary teeth is secured to the implants — you leave that same appointment with a fixed smile.
Once healing is complete, your provisional arch is replaced with your final, custom-made ceramic teeth.

From the chair, in their words
"I forgot I had implants within a week. That's the whole point — I stopped thinking about my teeth for the first time in a decade."
"I ate corn on the cob at a barbecue for the first time in six years. Nobody at the table understood why I was emotional about it."
"The team walked me through everything at my consultation, so surgery day itself held no surprises. I left that appointment with fixed teeth for the first time in years."
